For this reason, we put particular focus on explaining the “why?” behind each goal within the Impact Journey. The report clearly outlines both negative impacts which must be mitigated, as well as positive impacts that Danone is leveraging. Further to this, external voices provide the national context within which these impacts occur. Three spotlights in the report create a change of pace, allowing Danone to tackle more nuanced topics in detail, such as how safety and quality considerations must be combined with circular, low carbon principles to improve the sustainability of packaging.
