Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) is the asset management arm of Legal & General (L&G). In 93 locations across the UK, LGIM have 9.3 million square feet of office space available for rent.

LGIM had an ambition to define the overall L&G office proposition, strengthen its market position, and enhance its business reputation. But it needed a more suitable digital ‘platform’ for their office spaces. One that would empower more effective communication with new and existing occupiers.

Built in Umbraco 11, the new LGIM website has a bold and simple design, with slick micro interactions showcasing their modern, fresh approach and real focus on the human touch.

Functionality within the modular toolkit was introduced. This empowered a closer alignment to the assets, branding and marketing collateral, as well as the ability to change both colour and typefaces. The end solution provides both a quick and commercially effective way of creating new websites.
